Terms of Service

The rules that apply when you purchase ranks, packages or other digital content on our store.

Last updated: August 13, 2026. These Terms are provided pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and applicable EU e-commerce and digital content regulations.

1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the official OlympusMC store and the purchase of ranks, packages, in-game currency and any other digital content ("Digital Content") usable on the OlympusMC Minecraft server. The server rules are an integral part of these Terms.

By making a purchase on the store you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the store.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Store — the official OlympusMC digital store.
  • Digital Content — ranks, packages, in-game currency, tags, cosmetics, perks and any other virtual good purchasable on the Store.
  • User — the individual who purchases or uses Digital Content.

3. Who we are

The store is operated by Olympus Productions di Antonucci Gabriele (VAT 09174030727, Italy). For any request about purchases or these Terms, write to support@olympusmc.it or open a ticket on our Discord.

OlympusMC is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected to Mojang AB, Microsoft, or the Minecraft trademark.

4. Nature of the digital content

Digital Content consists of intangible goods usable exclusively within the OlympusMC server. Specifically:

  • It has no real monetary value outside the game and cannot be converted into cash.
  • It does not grant any exclusive or transferable ownership right: we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use, tied to your game account/nickname.
  • It is available only for as long as the server and its related services remain operational; we do not guarantee indefinite availability.

5. Age requirements and purchases on behalf of minors

Access to and purchases on the store are restricted to adults (18 years of age or older).

Minors may not make purchases directly: any purchase related to a minor must be made by a parent or legal guardian, in their own name and using their own payment method.

By proceeding with a purchase you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the parent/legal guardian purchasing on behalf of the minor, fully aware of these Terms. Violating this rule may result in account suspension or blocking; we are not liable for the consequences of purchases made by a minor without the direct involvement of a parent or guardian.

6. How purchases work

The purchase process follows these rules:

  • Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. PayPal, Satispay, card networks) under their own terms; we do not store your payment details.
  • Content is delivered to the Minecraft nickname entered at checkout: always double-check it before confirming. We are not responsible for content correctly delivered to a nickname you entered incorrectly, and no refund is available in that case.
  • Prices are shown in Euro and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • If a Digital Content item is not delivered, contact us as soon as possible through our official support channels with proof of payment: if the error is attributable to us, the remedy is delivery of the purchased content, not a cash refund (see Art. 8).

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 59(o) of the Italian Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal right normally available for distance purchases does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with your express consent.

By confirming your purchase you expressly request immediate performance of the service and declare that you waive the right of withdrawal, acknowledging that this right is lost as soon as the content is delivered.

8. No-refund policy

Purchases of Digital Content are final: no cash refunds can be issued, for any reason, once the content has been made available on your account. This applies even in case of change of mind, non-use, account suspension or ban for violating the server rules, or errors in the data you entered at checkout.

The only exception concerns non-delivery due to an error attributable to us: in that case the remedy is delivery of the purchased content, not a cash refund. Any rights granted on a non-waivable basis by applicable consumer protection law remain unaffected by this clause.

9. Chargebacks, fraud and disputes

If you notice a charge you don't recognise or a payment error, contact us as soon as possible through our official support channels before contacting your payment provider.

Filing a chargeback after receiving and using the Digital Content, without contacting us first and without a genuine basis, is considered bad-faith behaviour: in these cases your account and its associated content are permanently suspended, with no right to a refund, and we reserve the right to retain transaction records as evidence and to report the case to the relevant authorities if necessary.

If the chargeback is instead due to a banking error, a technical error, or fraud not attributable to you, we will work with you and your payment provider to resolve the dispute.

10. Use of ranks and prohibition on trading between users

Ranks, packages and digital content are exclusively and permanently tied to the nickname/account used to purchase or redeem them:

  • You may not sell, gift, trade or transfer Digital Content to other users in exchange for real money or other benefits, whether you are the seller or a buyer purchasing from a third party, regardless of the means used — including by selling the account itself.
  • Breaching this rule results in permanent removal from the server with no right to a refund, and we accept no liability for losses or claims from third parties involved in the prohibited transaction.
  • Owning a paid rank does not exempt you from the server rules and does not protect you from sanctions (mute, kick, ban) for violations.

11. Suspensions, bans and in-game events

Disciplinary sanctions are applied under the server rules regardless of any purchases made. A ban does not entitle you to any refund of purchased Digital Content, unless staff decide otherwise at their discretion in exceptional cases.

We are also not liable for the loss or unusability of Digital Content resulting from normal gameplay dynamics, including for example: server or player data resets, death or damage to your character caused by other players, mobs or environmental events, and scams between users unrelated to official store purchases.

12. Changes, balancing and "permanent" content

We reserve the right to modify, balance, suspend or remove, at any time, features of the packages available on the store, for technical or gameplay-balancing reasons, even without prior notice. These changes do not constitute a breach of contract and have no retroactive effect on purchases already completed.

Content described as "permanent" remains active unless you violate the server rules, or the server or game mode it belongs to shuts down, making it impossible to use.

13. Availability and continuity of service

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the server or of Digital Content, which may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical reasons. If a server or game mode is temporarily or permanently discontinued, no refunds or compensation are due for content already provided or partially used, except where required by non-waivable law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, and except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data or other intangible losses arising from use of the store or of the Digital Content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you are granted on a non-waivable basis by applicable consumer protection law.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including, for example, infrastructure failures, network or hosting/payment-provider outages, actions by public authorities, or other exceptional events.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the consumer's forum applies where provided by law; in all other cases, the courts of the place where the controller is based have jurisdiction.

We encourage you to contact us before taking any legal action: if you are an EU consumer, you can also use the European Commission's ODR platform for online dispute resolution.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services or to applicable law, by publishing the new version on this page with its effective date.

Substantial changes (e.g. significant new restrictions) take effect after a minimum 15-day notice period; non-substantial changes (e.g. corrections, clarifications) take effect immediately. No change has retroactive effect on purchases already completed. Continued use of the store after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unenforceable or ineffective, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Language

These Terms are drafted in Italian and translated into other languages for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between the Italian version and a translation, the Italian version prevails.
